STATE PRIZES AWARDED BEFORE NAADAM
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ By a decree of the President, some people were awarded the state prizes for their outstanding and many-year fruiful work.
On the eve of the National Great Celebration of the 806th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire and the 91st anniversary of the People's Revolution, a title of State Honored Teacher has gone to Dr. Sh.Dorjpagam, a senior teacher; Kh.Khajaikhan, a high school teacher of Bayan-Olgii aimag's Nogoonnuur soum; to Ts.Sarantsatsral, a teacher of the International Relations School at Mongolia's State University.
The title of State Honored Artist has been given N.Amgalan, a singer of the Academic Ensemble of National Song and Dance; J.Altantsetseg, a singer, director of the “Prosounds” studio; Lieutenant-Colonel G.Enkhbayar, an advisor to the Song and Dance Ensemble of Frontier Troops.
The title of State Honored Cultural Figure has been bestowed upon B.Chantuu, a photo manager of the “Admon” LLC; D.Dashdondov, a poet; G.Dashtseren, a columnist of the Daily Newspaper. An athlete of the national selected team for weightlifting N.Bayarmaa has become a State Honored Sportswoman; a member of the Constitutional Court Ts.Sarantuya--a State Honored Lawyer; and a cinema producer I.Nyamgavaa--a State Honored Figire for Arts.
The Order of Sukhbaatar has been bestowed upon S.Bayartsogt, a member of parliament, and D.Davaasambuu, an advisor to the Parliament Speaker. The Red Flag Order of Labor Merit went to O.Bandi, a senior officer of the Finance Ministry; Z.Delgermaa, a cook from Arkhangai aimag. The Red Flag Order of Military Merit has gone to a war veteran S.Dashdorj.
The Polar Star Order and the Honorary Medal of Labor have been handed to other people.
