PRESIDENT OPENS "LEND" NETWORK
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The State Head Ts.Elbegdorj together with the U.S. Secretary of State Ms. Clinton attended an opening ceremony of the LEND (Leaders Engaged in New Democracies) Network on Monday.
At the ceremony in the Government House the President expressed thanks to Dr. Tomicah Tillemann who has offered the hi-tech network that allows to contact with the U.S. Secretary of State and her officials and with former and current leaders of the democratic countries as well as of the states newly engaged in democracy.
