Standing Committee discusses taxes, Development Bank
The Standing Committee on Budget discussed on Tuesday a draft law on personal income taxes, amending the business tax code, 2012 Human Development Fund allowances, and the Development Bank (DB).
MP D.Baldan-Ochir raised questions about the bank’s loans and projects.
Finance Minister S.Bayartsogt said the bank has not used its allocation of MNT 800 billion from the government. The minister said the government has decided to grant the DB MNT 1.5 trillion in 2012, plus MNT 700 billion still unused.
The minister added that the DB will take in MNT 30 billion this week and another MNT 30 billion in December.
