AGTech Wins Multiple Terminal Supply Contracts in China
Contract wins in Zhejiang, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia Strengthen GOT’s Leadership Position in Lottery Terminal Replacement Cycle
(15 October 2013, Hong Kong) – AGTech Holdings Limited (“AGTech” together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) (SEHK code: 8279), the leading integrated gaming company in China’s sports lottery market, announced that its 100%-owned subsidiary Beijing AGTech GOT Technology Co., Ltd. (“GOT”) has won three competitive tenders to supply the Sports Lottery Administration Centres of Zhejiang, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia with its next generation C8 Sports Lottery Terminals. GOT is the only tender winner in Inner Mongolia, which is a new geographical market for GOT, and consequently the coverage of GOT’s terminals in China reaches 28 provinces and regions.
The sports lottery market in China has an installed base of approximately 130,000 terminals and GOT has consistently enjoyed a market share of more than 50%. In 2012, the three provinces and regions of Zhejiang, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia accounted for approximately 10% of all China’s sports lottery sales.
