Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal : Yitai Coal terminates preference shares issuance
[ET Net News Agency, 10 March 2016] Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal (03948) said it decided to terminate the issuance of preference shares in light of the downward trend of market interest rate recently, and considering that the cost of issuing preference shares is higher than that of other financial instruments.
The relevant proceeds for the investment project will be satisfied through other low-cost financing methods based on the comprehensive consideration of investment project condition, internal capital demand of the company, external market environment and other factors. (HL)
