State Specialized Inspection Agency will be dismantled

The State Specialized Inspection Agency is expected to be dismantled and the new offices will be moved to districts. Previously the Specialized Inspection Department worked in every district until former MP U.Khurelsukh merged the individual district specialized inspection departments as the State Specialized Inspection Agency in 2002. Later MP U.Khurelsukh became the Minister of Specialized Inspections.

The Agency became a large administration but has little work to do. Even its circumstantial actions are limited. Before the specialized inspection departments were merged every district has a state inspector who was responsible for the area and was close to the issues presented.

Now if there is a problem or issue no one is responsible for it. Local reports say that Ch.Chimedsuren will replace R.Sodkhuu, the Chief of the State Specialized Inspection Agency.

The Deputy Prime Minister, D.Terbishdagva said however that “the issue we are now considering is to restructure the State Specialized Inspection Agency before replacing the Chief”.
