SCHOOL OF PHYSICS AND ELECTRONICS HAS NEW LABS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The School of Physics and Electronics at the Mongolian State University (MSU) opened on Tuesday new laboratories of petrophysics.


These new laboratories have been set in the departments of IT and Information System, and of Geophysics with a capital of the School in frames of the "Reform for Education Sector" project implemented by the Asian Development Bank. These laboratories have been equipped with 26 personal computers, projectors, electronic boards, printers and scanners costing MNT 39.3 million. In addition, a seminar-room has been equipped with necessary tools.



Present at the opening ceremony were S.Tomor-Ochir, rector of the MSU; B.Davaasuren, a deputy director of the MSU; R.Bandii, a director of the Education Development Service at the ADB; J.Davaasuren, a director of the School of Physics and Electronics; and teachers and students.
