Deputy foreign ministers sign partnership agreement



Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister of Russia Igor Morgulov paid a working visit to Mongolia from August 29 to 31 at the invitation of Mongolian Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Gankhuyag.

Within the framework of this visit, Deputy Minister Morgulov held expanded consultative talks with his counterpart D.Gankhuyag and discussed the current situation of relations between the two countries as well as shared views on regional and international issues. Following the meeting, the two counterparts signed a partnership agreement in 2013 to 2014 between the foreign ministries of Mongolia and Russia.

During his visit, Deputy Foreign Minister Morgulov met with Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag as well as with Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Mongolian Division of the Russia-Mongolia Intergovernmental Meeting D.Terbishdagva, Chairman of the Russia-Mongolia Parliamentary Group L.Tsog, and Foreign Affairs Minister L.Bold.
