New Mongolian classes in city
SCOTLAND'S first Mongolian language classes are starting up in Glasgow.
The beginners' lessons in conversational Mongolian will run weekly for 10 weeks, beginning on Thursday December 6.
The classes are being taught by Uuganaa Ramsay, a Mongolian woman who is married to a Scot.
Mongolia has one of the world's fastest growing economies and a recent Scottish trade mission to the country proved successful.
The classes have been organised by the Honorary Consul of Mongolia in Scotland and will be held in the city centre.
