Mongolian man dies in South Korea
A 28 years old Mongolian man died on a fishing vessel 17 km away from Dokjin, Incheon in South Korea on 14th November. Reports say that the Mongolian man was working with three other fishermen on the vessel. He was found tangled in wire rope on the fishing vessel and died an hour later after being delivered unconscious to hospital in a 10 minute helicopter rescue. Chinese, Thai and Philippine contract workers work in South Korean fishing farms but workers from landlocked Mongolia are not allowed to work there. Therefore the man who died in unclear circumstance is suspected of working illegally in South Korea. The South Korean police are now investigating the case.
