The 'M' factor in M'sian politics: Mahathir, Muhyiddin, Mongolia & even Rosmah MANsor
The letter “M” seems to be getting larger than real for Malaysia. “M” stands for Malaysia. It also can stand for ‘Mahathir’, ‘Muhyiddin’ and ‘Mongolia’.
Whether it will ‘reverse’ the fate and future of ‘Rosmah Mansor’ is equally a coincidental “R” before the “M”.
Tun Dr. Mahathir is certainly fighting a fierce battle out on the pre-13th GE battlefront. His ‘Chedet’ blog says it all. His many public appearances and statements captured by the media further confirm that the Dr. M is bent on leaving no bolder un-rolled. And in that process he is also alleged to have rolled in various agentries to bulldoze through with race and religion-packed zeals targeted at shredding the opposition pact.
The other “M” factor is the appearance of ‘mysterious’ posters championing for Muhyiddin to be the next PM which could determine the future fate or fortune of Malaysia. Of course Muhyiddin will deny and distance himself from this poster-war. But any school boy will know that there must be a cord-connection along the path.
M is also for Murder
Between these two “M” – Mahathir and Muhyiddin lies the ‘reverse M’. Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has been perceived as the real power behind the prime minister. Will she get into a reverse position with so much heat being generated by the two “Ms” – Mahathir and Muhyddin? That is yet to be seen.
The defining factor whether Rosmah Mansor will get into ‘reverse’ position from where she is now as the purported ‘First Lady’ will in all probability be determined by yet another ‘M’, i.e. the Mongolian murder.
Whether our politicians realize it, admit it or deny it in totality, the word is out in the market place length and breadth of ‘M’ for Malaysia, that the 'M-urder' of the 'M-ongolian' lass is still unresolved and that it matters to all voters.
Until and unless the murder is resolved in court beyond all reasonable doubt and all questions pertaining to the gruesome, high-powered killing are answered satisfactory to the rakyat and the world watchers, the reversal of Rosmah Mansor remains a potential probability.
So, in short the “M” factor is real if not larger than real for Malaysia’s political future.
