STATE HEAD MEETS AMBASSADOR OF TURKEY
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On July 4, the President of Mongolia, Ts.Elbegdorj received Ahmet Asim Arar, the Ambassador of Turkey to Mongolia in conjunction with the completion of his diplomatic mission here.
Ahmet Asim Arar awarded a “Friendship” medal for his contribution to the development of friendship and cooperation between Mongolia and Turkey in the field of economy, defence, trade, humanity .
The President has expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador for his contribution to the development of Monglian-Turkish relations and cooperation during his 4 year tenure in Mongolia. Ts.Elbegdorj said “Flight in route of Istanbul-Bishkek-Ulaanbaatar started from July 3,. This is important to strengthen the relations and collaboration between two countries. I'm pleased with the cooperation between two countries on field of water protection in recent years”.
The Ambassador said “I'm satisfied with my assignation to Mongolia. Mongolia and Turkey have a long history. In future, we have a lot to be done. I will come back in Mongolia as a friend”.
