MS. CLINTON ENDS HER VISIT
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The US Secretary of State Ms. Hillary Clinton finished her official visit to Mongolia after delivering a speech at the 4th special meeting of the Governing Council of the Community of Democracies (CoD) on Monday in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This meeting discussed some organizational issues, and ran a ceremony of transferring the post of the CoD's Secretary-General to Ms. Maria Leissner. In addition, a plan has been approved of preparation for a Ministerial meeting of the CoD to be held next year in Ulaanbaatar.
Closing speeches were given by Ms. Clinton, and the State Head Ts.Elbegdorj, then the CoD Secretary-General Ms. Leissner introduced the gathered to plan and works.
