Mercedes-Benz has recently unveiled its 2013 GLK. For those of you who don't know what the GLK is, It is a Small luxury Suv as quoted. Its slightly smaller then the Common G-Class even though it is roughly based off it. Featuring a very influenced C-Class design like normal, The GLK (Geländewagen Luxus Kompaktklasse) has been around since 2009 for the European Market and 2010 for the North American Market. Ranging from 4 Wheel drive to Rear wheel drive, The GLK is one of the safest cars in the current market. Featuring up to 9 Air Bags and a revolutionary intricate restraint system offering the best possible safety.

The GLK is referred as a heavy relation to the successful C-Class. The GLK has sold a rough Estimate of 20 000 in 2009 and 2010 in the US alone. With a major increase in 2011 of 5 000 bringing its 2011 total to 25 000. A massive 25% increase.

The New 2013 GLK will be featuring slight changes from The GLK 350 now hosting a 302 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 273 pound-feet of torque from 3,500 rpm up to 5,250 revs and more rounded Air Vents inspired by the SLS AMG Gullwing, But Unfortunately still uses anywhere depending on the model, 16 miles per gallon in the city and 22 miles per gallon on the highway, which is a major down fall. expect to pay anywhere between $35 000 - $45 000 depending on the model. The question that many are asking is "will it have a Diesel option?" Safe to say, Yes! Further news to come.
