Top 10 deadliest car designs in history.

Through the car history books there are many cars of note. Cars that won a claim with there looks, build quality and speed and have earned there respect and name in the pages of car history. However there are cars that will forever be remembered it a way that is not so flattering for either being ugly, unreliable or just plain deadly today we are going to deal with the deadly. This is a top ten list of the most deadliest cars in our eyes.

Number 10.
Volkswagen bus.

This is quite self explanatory with a flat nose a the front wheels that sit behind the driver, this car was a death trap that could carry many souls to the other side. If the head on collision didn't kill you then the constant engine fires would be sure to do the job.

Number 9
Suzuki Samuri.

The Suzuki was cursed with a high centre of gravity and the power of a golf cart ( and the same safety features of a golf cart). If you were like to get the car up to a speed beyond walking pace and tried to turn it would be the last mistake you ever make.

Number 8.
Porsche 930 Turbo.

This Porsch like all old Porsches had server under steer which demanded a skilled driver to keep his foot down in the corner to make it out. After the addition of a turbo the car became a death trap, with turbo lag so bad by the time it kicked in it would throw you around like a fun park ride and eventually put you in the trees.

Mercedes 300 SL.

I know this one will cause a lot of controversy but the fact is only its beauty, exclusivity and owners have prevented any more deaths then there were. The 300 SL was an absolute night mare to drive with bad under steer and hard suspension that broke your back every time you drove over an ants head, this car was better to look at then drive.

Number 6.
Chevrolet Corvette.

With the original idea created in a shed Chev built this car as cheap speed with a huge powerful engine and a fiber glass body it was called the "glass casket". It had a beautiful design but like all american cars struggled with corners cause countless death because when is crashed it shattered to pieces and unfortunately so did the driver.

Austin Healey Sprite.

Stupid that's what you called the "bugeyed" car that had a body so soft it would crumble if a fly swotter hit it not to mention a child seat in the middle with no safety belt can you say human projectile, absolutely stupid.

VW beetle.

Another VW killer this at one point was known as Hitler's revenge, it kill thousands of people and if its safety features weren't bad this air cooled car never heated up properly people use to us gas heaters to warm up .
WTF.

Number 3.
Subaru BRAT.

Name to suit a car as this car behaved very badly as this car had a hard suspension that when you went over a bump the rear passengers which were rear facing would bounce out the back all together. Crazy designers decided not to keep that for the next generation, I know right.

Number 2.
Ford Pinto.

also appearing on another of our list (ugliest cars) this Pinto was so unsafe because on a rear end collision the fuel tank would burst and the door would also bend making them impossible to open by the people inside,"oven that seats four". This car didn't kill thousands like it was claimed but it did have potential too but ford just sent out leaflets to warn people, how thoughtful.

Chevrolet Pickup.

This is the top of the list because of the truly inventive killing method. The original had a fuel tank place right behind the driver bent safety hazard right so what do you do? You put two 20 gallon tanks on either side of the chassis on the out side that explode with just the slightest nudge it was almost perfect for a terrorist.
