The Aston Martin V12 has always been at the forefront of coach built super car performance. The first of the modern Astons to be V12 powered was a special edition Vantage from 1999 to 2003. Then in 2001 up until 2007 the flagship Aston Martin Vanquish wore a V12 badge and made around 450 HP. Aston Martin V12s still in production today include the DB9 2+2 was powered by a 470 HP twelve cylinder from 2003 on the DBS V12, racing DB9 on steroids, has made best use of the 6.0 Liter V12 putting down a total of 510 HP.
