Former CMU player gets professional soccer deal
Former Central Methodist forward Murun Althankhuyag has signed a contract to play soccer in Thailand, making him the first professional player from Mongolia.
Althankhuyag, who plays for the Mongolian national team, signed a two-year contract with Thai Division 1 team Krabi FC.
Althankhuyag totaled 18 goals and six assists in 37 games from 2010-12 with the Eagles.
