Mentioning that the 20th international “Altargana” festival will take place next year in Khentii aimag's Dadal soum, Ms Oyungerel asked the Russian side for having its delegates participate in the event and launching a partnership between the cultural and art officials. She also proposed to make a tourism route after exploring cultural heritage, to co-host scientific conference and to create a new tourist attraction zone between Khovsgol and Lake Baikal.
The parties also had a friendly conversation on sports to find a cooperative solution on crucial matters such as hiring winter sports coaches and trainers from Irkutsk, sharing sporting experiences, and finding a decent architect who has specialized in sports facilities.
The guests said that people of both countries may participate together in some events, for example, in a marathon race to be held along the coastlines of the lake Baikal.
The parts agreed as well to share experiences on city planning, waste management, and nature conservation in tourist attraction areas.
