More attempted face saving by a desparate Donkgolian GOM. OT's cost over runs were minimal when compared to many other major mining project over the past 5 years and the GOM knows this. Looks like they have finally realized that they can not *pee* on TRQ's cornflakes without most of it spraying back on Mongolia. They now need actions a lot more than words as they have proven more than once that their words or signed documents for that matter have little value. They keep learning the hard way and the games continue - June is not to far away! :-)
