The 14th China-Russia-Mongolia International Ice and Snow Festival kicked off in Manzhouli, Hulun Buir in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on the evening of December 25.
A total of 32 ice sculptures and 123 snow sculptures based on cartoon characters and architectural symbols of China, Russia and Mongolia are scattered around the theme park of the Ice and Snow Festival.
