INT'L TRAINING HELD FOR MILITARY OFFICERS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ International training themed "Rule on regular operations" has been co-organized by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the General Headquarters of Mongolian Armed Forces (GHMAF), the U.S Marine Corps and the International Planning Alliance.
The training has brought together some 90 officers from the NEMA, the General Police Department, the General Authority for Border Protection, the General Customs Office, the Office of Immigration, Naturalization and Foreign Citizens, from international organizations such as the World Health Organization, the World Vision International Organization, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. Delegates from Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, the USA, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam also attended the training.
The trainees worked out the rule on regular operations to cooperate in determining co-works of bodies in charge of national securities, receiving humanitarian relief goods from foreign countries and international organizations, and in humanitarian operations of military forces.
