5TH FORUM OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TO RUN
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The 5th forum of corporate governance of Mongolia will open on Wednesday in Ulaanbaatar city. Co-organized by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Development Center of Corporate Governance, this year's forum is expected to attract administrative officials of Mongolia's government and international developmental agencies, representatives of the private sector, the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE), commercial and investment banks. The participants, policy makers and international experts will deliver reports and ran discussions on a present situation of reforming the governance of companies. Other reports will be delivered by S.Batbold PM; D.Bayarsaikhan, a head of the Finance Regulatory Committee; Ch.Khashchuluun, a head of the National Development and Innovation Committee; Juan Carlos Fernandez, an expert from the IFC; and Yasuki Konuma, an executive director of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE). The organizers consider that this forum would expand to an international forum of policy makers allowing them to discuss factors of the corporate governance needed in strengthening of the governance of private companies and market of Mongolia.
