Bhutan establishes diplomatic relations with Mongolia and Vietnam
The joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations was signed between ambassador and permanent representative of Bhutan to the United Nations in New York Lhatu Wangchuk and ambassador and permanent representative of Mongolia to the United Nations in New York, Enkhtsetseg Ochir on January 18.
On January 19, the joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations with Vietnam was signed between Lhatu Wangchuk and Vietnam’s ambassador and permanent representative of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the United Nations in New York Le Hoai Trung.
